The upcoming 2015 Mazda2 has made its way onto the internet before its official debut at the upcoming Paris Motor Show in October.

Seen with Demio plates, which is the car’s name in worldwide markets, the new Mazda2 managed to keep its styling close to the Hazumi concept which debuted last year in Geneva. The all-new nose brings the Mazda2 in line with the rest of the company’s lineup, finally adopting the brand’s Kodo design language.

Mazda’s full suite of SkyActiv technology is in use on the Mazda2, which means the car will be lighter than the previous generation. For power, the new car will use a 1.5-liter four-cylinder engine that makes around 100 hp and 98 lb-ft of torque. A six-speed manual should remain as the base option, though a CVT will now be available as the automatic transmission.
