Driver side auto window stopped being automatic

Hello everyone! Excited to be apart of this community and thought I'd come here first.

Just installed the corksport short shifter in my 2013 sport and with the install you have to disconnect the battery as many of you may know. Anyways I finish the installation, and I get in the car to test drive and check for any odd noises. I now don't have the auto down/up feature of my driver side window I have to hold it down the whole time. Now not a huge deal to me but just annoying knowing that I have the option but it doesn't work.

Any suggestions or known fixes?
