Integrated Bluetooth

Anyone purchase their Mazda 2 and add the integrated bluetooth? I am wanting a 2014 with bluetooth. I had thought the touring came with it over the sport but was told it's an add on and that your controls are to the left of the steering wheel not on the steering wheel itself. I would like tinted windows too but right now I am lucky to just get the car LOL! I have a remote start now and definately want another one of those.
