Would any of you be interested in having a Mazda 2, 2 door coupe over the 4 door?

I really don't think its necessary, but wouldn't be surprised if it was tried at one point. I think it will sell better with 4 doors and reach more of a market point.

I agree with keeping 4 door and get the market interested. No need to flood the market with a bunch of different models, don't want to be GM now do we

I agree with mazdalove.

A Mazda 2 as a coupe would decrease sales for other coupes in Mazda's line up. Note that we are at a stage now where fuel efficient, small, compact cars are needed. So being able to buy a cheap car, thats cheap on gas, and has a name like Mazda behind it is a big plus.

Who knows.....maybe the Mazda 2 will be the best car in its class.
