Why is the 2nd download file an ISO file and not just a straight PDF that anyone can read or print?

Hi Jase, you do not have to download the .iso file (only if you want to "burn" it to a CD).

You can read and print anything you want once opened on your PC/Laptop.

Apparently, the files were made this way to open up with a browser from your PC, not sure if there is a way to convert them to pdfs please let me know if you find one.
