I was looking on ebay for after market parts. There is a Malaysian company that makes a bunch of reinforcement bars for the mazda 2. This should help the Cornering abilities of the Mazda 2.

look into Ultra Racing parts. They make a front upper strut bar for the mazda 2.

It would be better to start with a sway bar like the one from racing beat

An X Brace will really help for cornering and make the rear end really tight. When I went for a Mazda2 test drive at the local dealer the Mazda2 rear end didn't seem to grip as well and tended to sway. So an X brace for daily and track would be recommended!

If you do have the extra coin, add sway bars to your list.

Hope this helped
