I tried to do an oil change on my Ozzie Dec 2014 M2 .. but alas ... there is a large plastic cover under the whole engine that stops access to the engine oil drain plug. Maybe all the bolts on that plastic cover need to be removed to get that cover off.. does anyone know please? There does appear to be a small panel in the centre near where the sump plug would be... but I could not get it off.
This is the first car I have ever owned that makes a simple oil change so difficult.

Dude... if you can't figure out how to remove that little plastic cover (which is secured with ONE bolt)... you really shouldn't be working on the car.

Were you even able to get a jack under there??
